Enjoy the avenue feeling when DJ Peer Kaae mixes classical earhangers at Yellow Lounge on the patio on Wednesday 16 June from 6 pm. Soloist Andreas Birk from The Royal Danish Academy of Music will join Per Kaae performing live on the viola, his favourite instrument.
Chefs Marie and Thomas will prepare a tasty barbecue with selected delicacies from the Danish summer crop:
- Green pea dip with little twist-breads
- Sticks with pork marinated in wheat beer and lovage
- Fish en papilotte with fennel and dill butter
- Pearl barley salad with cucumber, green peas and green asparagus
- Tomato salad with red currants, pickled red onions and parsley
- Selection of home-baked Danish breads
