The Danish hula hoop-dancer, Miss Mia, displays her own unique style as she guides you through a series of steps and tricks in the exercise DVD, “Miss Mia’s Hula Hoop DVD”.
The charismatic dancer is helped by colourful pinup-costumes, vibrant backgrounds and 50es-style male presenters assisting with helpful advice, like “Focus on the hula hoop against your stomach, and ignore it if your cat or neighbour is watching”.
In the DVD Miss Mia teaches you tricks, like “The Ball Gown”, “The Necklace” and “The Propeller”. Miss Mia will also teach you how to make a fancy hula hoop, specifically designed for your body-measurements.

Miss Mia teaches Hula Hoop-dancing in selected fitness centres in Copenhagen and will take the stage at Nørrebro Teater on 10 September.
