Classical accordion player Andreas Borregaard joins resident DJ Stephan Bomberg for an improvised mini-concert at Yellow Lounge on Wednesday 16 November, 8-11 pm.
Andreas Borregaard – Musician, Teacher and Executive Producer
Andreas Borregaard had his solo debut on CD with “Conversation of the Muses”, and his international soloist debut in 2007 with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales giving the UK premiere of Giya Kancheli’s “Kapote” for accordion and orchestra. Since then he has performed in solo and chamber settings at recitals and festivals all over Europe.
Alongside his career as performing artist Andreas Borregaard teaches accordion and chamber music at the Royal Danish Academy of Music. He also regularly works as executive concert producer for the Danish National Chamber Orchestra.
