Elephant Parade 2011 is an outdoor art exhibition with 103 beautifully decorated baby elephants taking place in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg from 1 June to 25 August. Throughout the exhibition hand-painted copies of selected art elephants will be sold to elephant fans, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the threatened Asian Elephants.

Avenue Hotel's new wallpaper with the beautiful and strong graphic expression has been created by acclaimed food photographer Claes Bech-Poulsen.
“You can have any picture you want,” states photographer Claes Bech-Poulsen. He is famous for creating atmospheric photographs, and says it is always at the back of his mind how the images would work as wallpaper.
He has created a beautiful organic picture with a strong graphic expression for Avenue Hotel’s new wallpaper. The image originates from the gourmet restaurant Hurtigkarl & Mielcke i Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. The picture – or any of Claes Bech-Poulsen’s photographs – could decorate your home as well.
The wallpaper can be delivered in the exact size you want. Delivery time is approximately one week, and the customized wallpaper costs DKK 550 per square metre (delivery is not included in the price).
