Chef of the Year 2010
Wassim Hallal was named Chef of the Year 2010, and Restaurant Frederikshøj was awarded the title Dessert of the Year 2010 by Den Danske Spiseguide (The Danish Guide to Fine Dining) in November. He has just published the cook book WASSIM UNPLUGGED – COOL HVERDAGSMAD with photos by Claes Bech-Poulsen.
Wassim Hallal co-owns Restaurant Frederikshøj with Palle Enevoldsen, another high-profiled Danish Chef.
