Bartenders Kaspar and Morten had each come up with their own composition, named Slow Peach Breeze and Bay Laurel respectively. They received much praise for their cocktails (especially from the staff members at Avenue Hotel who had the pleasure of sampling the efforts as the recipes were developed).
