Our Chef, Thomas Stig, has prepared a true Christmas delicacy as the Avenue Hot Dish in December: beef chuck rib braised in Christmas brew, seasoned with prunes and Rosemary, and served with mashed root vegetables and kale salad in apple vinaigrette.
