“The Danish capital has undergone a radical transformation in recent years…”, writes the lifestyle bible MONOCLE in their annual ranking of the world’s 25 most livable cities in their July/August issue.

MONOCLE elaborates: “These days, if the weather is even slightly permitting, they bathe in the harbour swimming pools and lounge and lounge beside the waterfront. There’s a great barista or gelateria on every street, and not a week goes by without some or other festival erupting, be it film, music, art or food…”
Copenhagen has been in the Top 3 since MONOCLE began their ranking, and has now regained the top spot.

He gushes:  “An impeccable attention to detail—witness the Missoni sheets, house-baked bread, and original artwork—distinguishes this 68-room boutique property, which is set in a 114-year-old, Emil Blichfeldt-designed building in the heart of the city.”
