Kim Mance chills in the lounge at Avenue Hotel after hosting more than one hundred of the world's leading travel bloggers at a successful TBEX conference in Copenhagen.

Kim Mance and TBEX hosted more than one hundred of the world’s leading travel bloggers at Wallmans in Copenhagen on 4-6 November.
She co-founded TBEX (Travel Blog EXchange), a community which connects travel bloggers, writers, photographers and travel industry professionals in 2007, and it has been growing rapidly ever since.

Copenhagen is a Unique Location
“We chose Copenhagen as the first European destination for a TBEX conference because we wanted a unique location, which wasn’t too obvious like Paris or London,” says Kim Mance.
She adds: “We had a very short time limit for arranging the conference and our local partners, among others Wonderful Copenhagen and Momondo, were very helpful in making everything run smoothly.”

Copenhageners are Genuine and Friendly
Kim Mance recommends that first-time visitors to Copenhagen keep an open mind:
“The people here are very genuine and friendly and as an American you get a warm welcome and feel included.”
An extra bonus is the quality of the food:
“The food in Copenhagen is revolutionized. I lived in Scandinavia ten years ago and the food is so good now compared to back then.”

Friendliness and Nice Little Details
Kim Mance stayed at Avenue Hotel for the TBEX conference and says:
“Avenue Hotel is perfect for me. It is quite unique with a great combination of warmth, friendliness and nice little details.”
She smiles and adds: “And the breakfast is great.”
